Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. You can browse and search every project without signing in. An account is only needed to save projects so they follow you across devices.

How do I sign in?

Use Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google on the Saved or Settings screen. We never see your password. If you use Sign in with Apple and hide your email, that’s fully supported.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings → Delete Account in the app and confirm. This permanently removes your account and your saved projects. You can also email support@propertymetra.com to request deletion.

A price or detail looks wrong.

Property figures are compiled from public Dubai Land Department records and third-party sources, and each is shown with its source and a confidence level. They can be incomplete or out of date, so always verify independently. If something looks clearly wrong, tell us at support@propertymetra.com and we’ll look into it.
